Do you ship products?

      • We are not currently offering a shipping option, sorry for any inconvenience.

How does pick-up work?

      • Pick-up is in West Kaysville, Utah. If you purchased a pre-made product you will receive a text within a few hours with the address and pick-up instructions. If you purchased a custom-made product you will receive a text with the instructions once your product is ready for pick-up. Be sure to enter a working phone number at checkout so that we can easily contact you for pick-up.

What is your return policy?

      • Because orders are picked up, you will receive them in pristine condition. Once the flowers have been picked up the sale is final. Please reach out (contact@GreenHouseFloral.net) if you have any concerns about the product you have received or are wishing to cancel an order. We are happy to work with you as best we can.

Do you do wedding flowers?

      • Yes! We love doing wedding flowers. It's the reason we got started as a floral business. Fill out this form to receive a price quote for your dream wedding.

How do I place custom orders?

      • If purchasing a corsage or boutonniere, simply click the product that says "CUSTOMIZABLE".
            • If your order is more complex, feel free to email us at (contact@GreenHouseFloral.net). We would love to match the color to your dress!
      • For weddings fill out this form for a custom quote
      • For all other custom orders, please email us directly (contact@GreenHouseFloral.net)
            • Include your name, contact info, what you would like, and an inspiration picture for reference. We will get back to you shortly if we can do it and at what price.
